The cookies are absolutely delicious, but god is the delivery horrible. I order through the website, and even though I'm a 5... minute drive away, it took almost 2 hours between my order confirmation and delivery. There's little to no parking at the actuallocation, so delivery is a must even if you aren't busy. If the cookies weren't literally perfect then I'd be so much morenegative. Read more

Just an FYI...I ordered an Insomnia Cookie Cake from the Clemson, SC store for my son's birthday today. DON'T MAKE THE SAME... MISTAKE. It was the first birthday we've ever spent apart from him and I wanted to make sure he had a special surprise to knowwe were thinking of him. I called the Clemson store last week to personally order and confirm a cookie cake delivery of 12:30today to surprise him at his dorm. He hadn't received it by 4:30 pm, so I called the store and they were really short and justtold me it was out for delivery. I called again around 6:30. Same story, he'd receive it soon. I then called at 9:30 and theysimply told me they were backed up and could possibly deliver it by 11:30 tonight, but most likely not until tomorrow. When Itold them at that point it was beyond the point, that his birthday was over, they proceeded to tell me they'd refund me and hungup on me. I called back and after finally talking to the right person at customer service, they sent me a credit of $25. Don'tcount on them to make your son or daughter's day special. May have been a fluke, but they really didn't seem to care to fix it.I never leave bad reviews, but I hate that my son's birthday is over, and he never got his cake. I'm writing this for parents,who like me, left a part of their heart at their child's school and only want to make sure they know we are thinking of them.They simply aren't reliable. Read more
First time visit! The cookies were warm, soft, and gooey. The ice cream was cold and perfect. So good.
So when i heard we had a place like this i thought it was the coolest. I finally got to go. I was surprised that the great... american cookies has more of a selection. They do make cookie cakes but what i was expecting was specialty cookies. They haveclassic cookies them big cookies and cookie cakes. They also surve ice cream with basic topics. Im not complaining bc i wasgoing soley for the experience. Pricing...ok so for cookies it was expensive but this location was in the heart of Clemsonuniversity filled with students and higher class folks...so it didnt surprised me. I got 2 regular ice creams, a pet chocolatemilk, a huge funfetti cookie, and 12 cookies. My bill was around 53 bucks. The only other thing they may push people away isthey only accept cards at this location. I pay with a card generally so it was of no inconvenience for me. Overall its a niceplace. Cookies are warm and really yummy. They have vegan and keto friendly cookies. The 4 stars were only given to the factthat they only accept cards and for some thats an issue. Over all. Friendly staff and okay cookies. They aren?t amazing. Great cause they come perfectly warm. But def more of a soft cookie than I... prefer. The store layout is tough. Not a ton of space to move around and it does get super crowded, it was tight on a Monday. Read more
