Ordered 2 subs and waited over 30mins for them. The prices were also crazy for some bread, cheese, and lettuce. They did seem... under staffed and the employees were nice. I hope the owner is paying them a livable wage. I would not recommend this over Subway or firehouse subs. Read more
Decent sandwich, very rare and cold roast beef with provolone and "juice" on the top. The price for my sandwich, a fountain... drink , bag of chips and my wife's sandwich and bottle of water was a ridiculously high $25! I should have eaten somewhere elsebut we were with a group that had limited time. I doubt that we will go back to Jersey Mike's, frankly McAlister's Deli hasbetter food and service, so I cannot recommend this restaurant for lunch. Read more
I very rarely write these reviews, but my experience visiting this shop today was so GREAT that I just had to. This was my first... time at a Jersey Mike's. I was greeted immediately by a nice lady, who asked how my day was going. Small talk continued while mysub was created, which is fun to watch by the way. The meat and cheese is sliced fresh which is a nice touch. The "splash" atthe end made my mouth water and I was instantly even more ready to experience this sub for the first time. Once I left I decidedthat I couldn't wait to try this sub, so I tore into it right there in my car. My particular sub choice was the Italian (this ismy default at sub shops). It was by far the most delicious Italian sub I've ever had. Nothing really overpowers anything else,you can actually pick out the different flavors in the sub. Even the seasoning and "splash" don't mute everything else, which isimpressive. I will absolutely be back to try a different sub, very soon. We ordered four subs on a busy Saturday at lunchtime and had to wait, a long time. When we got home we realized one of the subs... was not what was ordered. However, everything was delicious. The staff was extremely friendly to every single person who walkedin. At least three staff members apologized to me for the long wait. When I was finally given my order I was handed four freesub coupons along with another sincere apology because of the long wait. I noticed they were expired when I got to the car butgiven the positive attitude form everyone in the store I cannot imagine they will give us any grief when we try to redeem anexpired coupon. Given all that did not go well, I still think a 5 star review is deserved because of the upbeat staff. They didnot ignore me or pretend they were doing their best work. They owned it, apologized, and tried to make it right. They wereawesome! I will definitely be back. Read more
First time coming in today, was happy to be greated by the African American man he was Friendly. But there was a you get... brunette young man that took our order just to stand in front of them making 5 subs before ours. We would if rather them sayplease hold on a moment. It was akward standing there waiting. It made me feel like I was inpatient when in reality I didn'tknow. what to do. They spoke quiet and made me feel like I was suppose to know their process.
