Went to the window for a water cup for my dog at 12:42. The lady at the window was being rude and said I?d have to pay .55 cents... just for a water cup. Literally every single time I go through here they leave something out of the bag , it never fails ! Building a new restaurant... was such a waste of money ! I know it?s fast food but dang people are paying inflated prices and only getting half of their food! You would think a restaurant in Clemson would do better ! Cheerful folks running the drive through on a Sunday night goes a long way in making customer service excellent.
Ordered two burrito meal. Was given the insides of the burrito without the shell. Which got all over me and my car. ... Ridiculous. My order is never right at this McDonalds. Since reopening it is no good. 0 stars. Read more
I pulled up here on my lunch break which is only 30 minutes long. I made 2 separate orders, 1 for me and the other for my... coworker. My order came right out then was asked to pull up to 2nd Pic up window to wait for the other. I sat there for 15minutes and in that time they had served around 15 other cars behind me at the 1st window. Finally I had to honk my horn andthen they come to the 2nd window and ask me if I had ordered a big Mac which I had not, so I had to sit there about another 6minutes for them to bring out the right order and to top it off the fries were completely cold. Waited at the curbside pickup for 35 minutes, inside was locked so I couldn?t go in and ask where my food was. App advertises... it?s usually 5 minutes for curbside, shouldn?t have to wait for 30-40 minutes. At the same time, the drivethru kept moving andmultiple doordashers came and picked up food. I?m goin to start by saying how much this location sucks , i sat inside for almost 15 minutes for someone to take my order,... they?re only worried about the drive thru. i?ve worked fast food for a while so i understand being busy but they didn?t evengreet me. i decide to leave and go through the drive thru, i get my order taken within 30 seconds of me pulling up, with myorder being completely wrong,i don?t understand . i?m writing this bad review while waiting for them to correct my very simpleorder. just only ketchup and mustard on my burgers no veggies ? even 2 doordashers left because the food wasn?t being fulfilledin a timely manner? not to mention the past times i?ve come here my food has been punched together with 2 guys coming fromsmoking a cigarette outside.
