If I could put zero stars, I would of chosen that option. This is the most disrespectful place in Clemson. The staff is... horrible. Good timing with the pizza just horrible customer service, really there whole attitude. Read more
Order took almost an hour and was delivered cold. Manager was rude and hung up on me when i tried to explain the disappointment... of having a pizza delivered cold. I would not recommend this Papa John's if you want your pizza delivered in a timeframe aspromised and you want friendly service!!! Read more
More often than not this location only offers delivery and not carry out. Tonight I went to order on their App at 8:45 and it... said the location was closed. I called and they explained that they are only doing delivery the rest of the night. That?sgreat if you live in their delivery zone (I do not) and you want to pay extra for delivery. They have a pick-up window, Icannot understand how limiting orders to delivery only helps their business. Oh well, we?ll try one of the other dozen pizzaplaces instead. Read more
Most of the staff are very friendly, the food is food quality. I've been here twice so far, both times I ordered a 14" Pepperoni... Pizza: the first time everything was perfect, the cashier was friendly, the food was ready quickly, and it was as we asked for.The second time, the food was ready quickly, but the item was incorrect (a cheese pizza instead of pep) and when my s/o went into correct the order, the cashier said, "The pepperoni is under the cheese." We ate it anyway, and it was still good, but Ireccomend making sure you get a receipt if you go here. Read more
They shut their system down so that you cannot order online and then charge you way more to call and place your order. And then... when you call and ask the manager he freely admits he does it and says he doesn't care about the business or you having to paymore for your pizza. Go figure. They will never get my business again. Read more
There?s always an issue. I?ve received uncooked dough several times and they don?t even cover their wings in the sauce they just... drizzle it on there. Definitely not coming back. Read more
