Just ok! The location is great but traffic most of the time! Space inside is limited! A weird incident happened today! I ordered... the traveler coffee for a meeting I have, what I got was just water!!!! They did issue a refund, but they didn?t explain how ithappened and they were not even sorry for it!!!! Read more

The service as usual was inattentive and slow. I ordered an impossible sausage sandwich asking first if they still had the... sandwich in stock. The clerk said they did. After paying I was informed by a different barista they were out. The clerk who tookmy order walked away and I switched my order to a sausage breakfast sandwich which is cheaper. Nothing was done to bridge thegap in price. I also ordered a drip coffee which took 10 minutes to fulfill. While the staff were never rude, they are veryapathetic to any customer experience. Staff do a great job all together, Giving us fast and friendly service. But they really need to crack down on Dress code. I?ve... seen mostly Male employees wearing shorts that go above the knee and almost right above the thigh. This isn?t a summer partychildren! Come dressed to work not dressed to play! Read more
Slow as molasses, finally got to the window after 30 minutes and the girl at the window hands me a dripping cup with a messed up... lid and walks away....no napkins, nothing. She did not even stir the drink. Caramel was at the bottom of the cup. My wholeconsole and my hands and arms were dripping. Thank goodbess I carry baby wipes for emergencies. I will not go back to thislocation in Clemson. I paid $7 too much. I should have gone to Smoothie King! Read more
Dislocation is fantastic and super easy to get to. The staff is always nice and polite and always gets my order correct. It?s... also a fantastic place to come to study, have a meeting, or just hang out by yourself and collect your thoughts over a cup ofgreat coffee. Today at 1:11 there was a lady in the drive thru. She was such a doll!! She deserves a raise or something! She has blonde hair... (I didnt get her name ) and she was so so sweet!! Also the drink was incredible and the cake pop was soooo good!! Read more
