I?m lactose intolerant and asked them to put coconut milk in my coffee. Of course, I didn?t hover over them and watch while they... made it because I trusted them to put the right ingredients, but I know what I feel like when I consume dairy. I get it,mistakes happen but the employees need to be more careful when they?re making drinks. Also, when I called up there about it, Iwasn?t offered to be refunded for it so, now I?m out $5 and my stomach?s turning.
