I?m lactose intolerant and asked them to put coconut milk in my coffee. Of course, I didn?t hover over them and watch while they... made it because I trusted them to put the right ingredients, but I know what I feel like when I consume dairy. I get it,mistakes happen but the employees need to be more careful when they?re making drinks. Also, when I called up there about it, Iwasn?t offered to be refunded for it so, now I?m out $5 and my stomach?s turning. The best coffee you could ever ask for. They have all kinds of additives that make your coffee a great experience. There is a... lot to be added to make your coffee your own. So many flavors to make it an unforgettable experience. It's very easy to gethooked on it. They have 3 different sizes. A little pricey for coffee. But remember this is no ordinary coffee. It's worth thecost. And it's like having a treat. You can ask for a taste to see what you like. Then order what you want. But Don't stop therecause there's so much to try. Its also located at exit 19. If you are traveling there's hotels, theatres, and lots of greatplaces to eat. Like Hooters, Wild wings, J Peters, and Cracker Barrel. I would rate it lower if I could. This blonde hair barista was so rude to me. I went up to the register and said ?could I have... a white chocolate mocha? and she said ?didn?t you read the sign?. I said ?what sign? and she pointed to the strip of paper onthe front of the register. She then said to me ?read it? and I said ?what?. Then she told me again to read it to her. Then theother barista was like ?you don?t have to rub it in?, so I feel that he knew she was being rude.
