If I could give it negative I absolutely would. This place is horrible. They NEVER have anything and the customer service is... horrible. They need to just close the entire establishment, fire everyone and turn it into more parking space for the businessesthat know how to operate. Read more
We've been twice now and something is wrong with this place. We wanted 2 cappuccino blasts and 2 cookies and cream milkshakes... the first time. They didnt have any of the proper ice cream for these and everything was made with chocolate or choco chip. Wedecided to give them a second chance today. We ordered 2 cappuccino blasts with whipped cream,a small scoop of vanilla, and anoreo milkshake. They agreed and we pulled up. No whipped cream, they had to use the wrong icecream for the blasts, the vanillawas jamocha instead, and the oreo milkshake was choco peanut butter instead. We sent back the scoop and asked for chocolate toreplace it, they were out of plain chocolate as well. We will not be returning. Read more
I come in to town 2 a year and this is the only chocolate chip ice cream I really truly enjoy. The employees are super nice at... the drive thru. Unfortunately they are always out of one flavor or another, mostly chocolate chip. They are super slow. Read more
I just buy a banana royale today and I asked for caramel topping instead of chocolate , they give me chocolate so I go back and... told them that I want caramel cause I can?t eat chocolate so they just remove the whipped cream and put more with caramelinstead of make me a new one...so the banana royale on the bottom has a lot of chocolate I spend $6.09 and I can?t eat my IceCream...the cashier was Ashley R... Update Novemeber 9, 2019: Went back after almost 6 months and the place was clean and trash bins empty. The ice cream section... was fully stocked with ice cream as well as a variety of waffle cones. Turns out they have a new manager as of 2 months ago andshe is doing great! Keep it up guys. This place is always out of cones, ice cream, caramel, etc. As far as cleanliness andmaintenance are concerned, even though it's not filthy, it's not well kept either. Probably the worst Baskin Robbins I have evergone to. I live here in Clermont and it has been this way for almost a year now. This place needs new management ASAP. In themeantime I will frequent Bruster's Ice Cream. Read more
First time there and now i see why all the bad reviews. Was in the store looking at cakes almost 10 minutes before i even got... acknowledged (mind you, there wasnt another single customer in the store)...and that was just an employee that was standing inthe corner talking to another employee saying "did ya need something?" Told them i was looking for a vanilla ice cream cake butdidnt see any and the response was "oh...yeah, just chocolate" Customer service is awful. The cakes they DID have looked halfmelted. They never have ice cream hardly ever, this place very unorganized. They really need to get better inventory control and... customer service. It's a shame when I have to go all the way to Groveland Baskin-Robbins just to get anything because they'realways out of everything.. Update: year later, no progress on Improvement, typical no ice cream or blender does not work theynever learn, well at least it will keep Bruster's Ice Cream in business they should just close the store down. Not terrible. I went because they had a plant based option which was okay. They only have one plant based cone option and it was... meh. The lady working was really nice. The place was empty though which was kinda weird. Read more
