Brusters ice cream is okay. Ordinary, not great. My wife and I both thought the chocolate raspberry truffle tasted like cherry,... not raspberry. This is my perception and my opinion. The service was quick. The flavors of both Cake Batter and Maple walnut was great! Very creamy and delicious. My only complaint... is that the waffle bowl was a little bit thin and pale. That's why I give it a 4 stars. Otherwise again delicious ice cream ???? Read more
We stopped for lunch next door and saved room for ice cream. The staff are super friendly and the hot fudge was amazing!! The... ice cream tastes fresh and the Nutty Coconut was filled with nuts. The chocolate brownie ice cream was packed with chewy fudgebrownie pieces. I find the ice cream south of Connecticut is not as farm fresh creamy, but this was better than Ghirardelli atDisney Springs! I know this is an ice cream chain but it definitely delivered.
