The dinner room was locked with no signage on the doors. We were going to do the drive through but saw 4 employees outside by... the dumpster smoking. We whent somewhere else, Arby's across the street. This is the 2nd time I have had this happen at this BK.I hope the owner is wondering why they don't have much business. Read more
Literally just ordered 2 cookies and a double cheeseburger. Didn't bother to check since it was just my party inside the... restaurant and no one in the drive thru as far as I could see. My mistake. Got home to realize instead of a double cheeseburgerthey'd given me a chicken sandwich with bacon, cheese, and BBQ sauce. I ordered a few days ago and they forgot items that belong in the bag. I called and they offered to make it and let me pick it... up but they are always short staffed and the line for drive thru is always ridiculously long. Read more

The new staff here are AWESOME! They made one mistake and when we told them they were so patient and kind and fixed it with... ease. We visit this specific location often bc we live close. The burgers are great and the chicken fries are bomb! The originalchicken sandwich is my go to with EXTRA cheese added to it! I just cannot complain, so far so good. The ONLY reason I didn?tgive 5 stars and settled for 4 was bc sometimes they don?t fill the fries all the way. I?m sure if I said something they wouldfill it tho. Just fill those fries up folks and you?ll be GREAT! Read more
Was told to wait for ?fresh meat?, then was giving 2 hour old cold and soggy fries, plus didn?t even fill my medium fry like it... should have been. Wouldn?t doubt if they just warmed old meat up to make me a double stacker. Always get let down by BurgerKing, this isn?t the only one. Most are garbage now a days. Read more
