Our second time at a Carrabbas but first at this location. Service was good, bread was delicious and came out hot. My wine was... over priced but my husband's beer was a great deal! His salad was soggy and over dressed and my chicken soup was 98% broth. Ourmain courses were amazing and delicious with no complaints. Not a perfect performance but we would return for an encore. First time at Carrabba's. Not bad. Very nice decor. The ambiance was nice and relaxing. Juan our waiter was awesome. Not the... most informative but still great. He checked on us occasionally without being intrusive. Very helpful during our dinner. Woulddefinitely go back and encourage others to try it. If you join in on their rewards program or have it already (dine rewards) youget a free lasagna. That promotion may be over I'm not sure how long it lasts/lasted but it's definitely worth a visit promotionor not. Read more
Our server Elizabeth V, was absolutely amazing, her smile, to her attentiveness, and the food delivery to our table was great.... She continued to check on our table and made sure we were good. Her personality made it easy to communicate and have a great sitdown dinner. As a chef myself the food here is amazing. First time eating at carabas. The service was good and our waiter Ethan was great. We didn't had to wait that long to be seated... and the restaurant looked clean. The appetizer to the meals were good portions and it was decent price for Italian food. I likedit and would come back. Read more
Poor the seating it was terrible, I was sat at the back next to the kitchen, there was also where the staff put dishes or... something. I lost count how many times my booth was bumped. Right behind my head the staff could looking over me and my personalaffairs. The smell was weird uncomfortable. I looked around no other seating this was there best wow for one person. It allstarted when I decided to go have an early dinner after a long day of appointments and fasting. Carrabba's can't go wrong. Iopted for them instead of olive garden because I thought they were a step ahead. I was wrong big time. The appetizer musselswere salty and lemon flavor, this was suppose to be a garlic wine lemon butter sauce. I also found a few lemon seeds to top itall off no flavors just poor taste. The martini was great, even though it was spilled all over my glass and table. Next maincourse the grill shrimp pasta with tomatoes and garlic. Huge disappointment blend, tasteless no spice it was a nightmare. Thecasear salad was good the bread plain dough. Overall will not recommend. I was offered a free dessert I turned it down because Iwas beyond the let down, and lost all appetite plus I didn't want to be extra disappointed. Five stars just does not seem to be adequate to cover the fantastic...no...amazing...no... stellar...well you get the idea,... service we had from our hostess Amanda, server David (the best part), and Suzanna (the manager). They have a happy hour forthose of you who enjoy a drink with dinner. Recommend the rigatoni campagnolo, mix it up with the cheese... oh my!!! Those wholike the lighter menu items try the fettuccine carrabba. We love this location and cannot see ourselves going anywhere else.
