placed order 20 minutes prior, it still was not ready when i arrived at the correct time. I had to wait 15 minutes just for food... that was incorrect- they gave me a spicy deluxe instead of regular. then the Regular deluxe I got was raw in the middle aspictured. I asked for no pickles on my 2 sandwiches and got pickles on both. We recieved the wrong sauces as well as no straws.Very bad customer service. Read more
The team that works the AM is great! Excellent customer service and the line moves quickly. App ordering is good and will get... you out quicker. If you want good chicken anything served with a smile can't go wrong here. THEY have never been out of anythingI order either, great place. Read more
Just moved here and have been going to this chick fil a since moving. This place is great! Always great food! One time the line... took too long and they gave us a free sandwich!! Another time I changed my mind on my order and they have it to me for free!! Read more
I didn?t think it was possible, but this seems to be a problem with this location. I?ve never had my order right since I?ve been... here and after half a dozen times, I think it?s safe to never go back here again. They don?t read modifiers to food(I ask forextra pickles and get none), they don?t add sauces you ask for on the first or second time, and they will even sell you adrink(by itself) and let you drive away with no straw. This Chick-fil-A makes me go to the other location off 27(extra 2 milesaway) or even PDQs to fulfill my craving. I live close to Hancock so this is the most convenient location, but not coming hereanymore. Read more
Smart Chick-fil-A people know a good one, this location needs assistance with their drive-thru. I don?t think they it built for... the population and growth of the area they need to get a bigger location and hopefully will look at how other locations operate,they have way too many stops and pull cars into the in coming traffic flow because they can?t keep up with the high request ofnugget meals. Love everything about Chick-fil-A! Even when they're busy with lines going around the building, which is almost always, their... service with a smile, politeness and great tasting food makes it all worthwhile.
