We went to Chilli's for our evening meal and it didn't disappoint. There were 5 x adults in our party, all ordered something... different from the menu - and everyone absolutely loved their orders (steak / ribs / burger / Fajitas). Our server Tay wasfantastic and a real pleasure to deal with. The drinks were 2 for 1 which was fab and the food prices were excellent value formoney. Definitely a place worth a visit. Our gang want to come back tomorrow, they were that impressed ???????? UPDATE:- Justto add we went back again today...and it was just as good. We all had different options than last time. The food was stillgreat. Our server was fantastic, Shin, and was very attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. We really couldn't fault it. Today we had burgers, ribs, corn on the cob, chicken strips. For dessert the gang chose the molten lava cake and the cookieskillet. Both went down very well. UPDATE: Chili?s should re-brand themselves as the Hit or Miss Chili experience. They used to make great Long Island Ice Teas?... not anymore. It was more of a sweet and sour lemon tea. And the Brisket BBQ Burger, it was a burger with no BBQ sauce. Andforget the coleslaw. How can you screw up coleslaw, well, easy breezy. Just take a look. Totally tasteless, ugh! What ishappening here! ?? Last time I had a Chili?s experience was on Long Island, 10 years ago. And it was terrible. This timearound, the waitress at the bar, saved the night. Ordered a cheeseburger, how hard can that be? Well, someone forgot to tellthe kitchen staff, the floor tiles are not for flipping burgers. After waiting over 45 minutes, what I received was adecomposed floor flattened, shoe-squeezed, burned to the ground burger with a piece of cheese slapped on. I was going to take apicture when the tray was taken from me. I guess my expression was priceless. Glad the waitress took the platter because thereplacement burger was good! Actually, very good. Don?t know what was going on in that kitchen, but from other reviews, it?s aon going issue. On the upside: Two hours after I entered a fairly empty restaurant at 4.30, the wait line was out thedoor. I ordered the triple dipper sampler for my family and what I got was far from what I expected. The chicken tasted and smelled... like old rag, the cheese in the mozzarella sticks tasted like rubber. They didn?t even look like cheese sticks and thecheeseburger bites were burnt and dry. Makes me wonder where the restaurant is getting this food from. Doesn?t make any sense topay so much for this quality of food. Complete waste of money. Read more
We ordered take out from them on June 17th. Got home and I noticed that the 6 oz steaks we ordered looked kinda small. Weighed... them and they were both 3.4 oz. I know that steaks are weighed before they're cooked but even then they don't lose that much.They also weren't cooked to our specified order. I called but the manager was busy so I left my contact info and still haven'theard back, hence this negative review. Very disappointing. Read more
Had a great time! Clean store and friendly staff. Food came out fast and delicious.
It literally looks like someone bit one of the Pattie?s in half. On top of that they came with no cheese or anything on them at... all and my half rack of ribs were only 3 ribs. Nothing tasted good I am very upset I could literally cry. I felt so bad when Iopened this DoorDash order all my daughter wanted was a cheese burger and ended up spending $40 on disgusting food. Hi, I never really write reviews but this time calls for it. Last night my girlfriend and I ordered a fajita. The rice was sadly... uncooked, it nearly broke her teeth. This was not a good experience. also we bought guacamole, and never received it. I reallylove chili's but this was not a good time. The vegetables could of been better too. Read more
