The only good thing coffee was hot. This location needs better management- I guess its kind of new still, but they are... consistently out of items, the bagels are never good, donuts tough one I think I have been able to have a chocolate one b/c at8am a Dunkin is telling you they have no donuts. When you ask the staff ok, what do you have? They are always unprepared uhh uhhhash browns? Good Customer Service can sell anything, even if you are out of everything. The location was clean, the staff was friendly. Inside the tables all had phone charging stations which we tested worked with... iPhones and a Samsung Galaxy Android device. However the food was not that good. Some of the sandwiches were cold and the hashbrowns were over cooked. Read more

Just went there Friday night at 7pm, they still have 2 more hours to close and they had zero donuts. Only thing they had was... muffins. The two employees did not even welcome us inside or asked if they can help us. I said to my wife, to leave since theyhad no donuts and the employees did not bother to speak at all. Place has gone down hill....waited 15 mins for food with us being the only ones there. The employees were super kind but they... had to keep coming back to the window saying they were out of things and having to make mods to the food. They also seem to beshort staffed. The sticker says locally owned, so my thought is that if they want us to care for locally owned Dunkin, thenthey should care enough to take care of their locally employeed people. Read more

Poor service. Ordered a Nitro Cold Brew and it took over 10 minutes until I could get an employees attention to ask what was... taking so long. She told me they were out of Nitro cold brew and that?s why no one was making it. Not a single person told methis so I was waiting for some I paid for that wasn?t available. So she gave me an original blend iced coffee instead and saidthanks then walked away. Will not be back. Read more

Consistently disappointing...just visited drive thru, I was the ONLY customer in or out...young lady kept saying " I'll be right... with you" after several minutes I drove off only to see the girl just casually talking with a young man by the window. Guesstheir conversation was much more important than a paying customer as they both were smiling as I drive off. No worries my moneywill go elsewhere. Read more

The mocha latte had no mocha in it and the large hot coffee was just hot water with creamer, no taste of coffee in it and had to... dump it out. This store didn't heat up our sandwiches, got my pastry wrong and didn't offer an alternative or a refund, and then literally... told us to move forward in the drive thru when we were still waiting for straws. I have never been told to move forward in adrive thru we weren't even lingering for a minute or longer, that I would understand. I work at a store with a drive thru andthat was just incredibly rude. They weren't very accommodating and like I said the order was wrong and bad. Read more
