If you?re looking for an ideal place to enjoy great food with family or friends, Guru Indian Restaurant Clermont is the ideal... spot. Guru Indian Restaurant Clermont is immaculate, and the service is top-notch. Among the menu choices, I highly recommendthe papadum and chutney that accompanied the serving. It was served right after we were seated, before ordering anything. Weordered naan which is prepared fresh at the restaurant. Our main choices were lamb vindaloo, ordered hot and it wasdelicious. Other options that we highly recommend include butter chicken, naan, and rice. All servings include rice and naanbread. As for dessert, we had Kulfi which is delicious ice cream with pistachio which is the ideal way to conclude our meal. Read more
Definitely the best Indian food in town! For appetizers we ordered the samusas. Omg! They were delicious!!! For our entré we... ordered the butter chicken along with the lamb vindaloo. We enjoyed it with nice and tasty naan and basmati rice. The food wascooked to perfection. Uday, the owner was super friendly and attentive. Michelle, our server was outstanding as well. I love Gurus! The food is amazing, i like the different choices of spices and all the different varieties of food. Uday is... great, he is an amazing chef and attentive with his customers. It always great to see him walking around the restaurant. Thewaiters are so nice and i can tell they enjoy being there. This place has a great location, outdoor seating courtyard seating, great service?. But the food lacks in taste. This is not the... best Indian restaurant in the Central Florida area. For the price point, the food should have higher quality ingredients andthe prices should be lower. For example, I ordered the tandoori chicken appetizer chicken and and this is what I got! Yeah! Itlooks like somebody's left over. They charged me $10.99 for it. I would not recommend. Sorry. I would drive to SeminoleCounty- Kohinoor or the Curry Bowl, next time. Read more
The food is delicious with amazing flavor. This being my 4th visit, I am never disappointed. The medium hot flavor, for me, has... some heat but has such a balanced flavor you can't stop going back for more. I had the Chicken Curry, with dairy based andmedium flavor. This meal was enough for two and still had some left over. The rice is also delicious and so flavorful. Theservers were friendly and pleasant. This restaurant must be added to your date night or any night outing. They will deliver ontaste and flavor every time. Next time we will dine in for a full experience! Read more
