I'm giving 2 stars only because the food was ok but definitely not worth the price we paid. Place looked good from the outside... but the near empty parking lot shortly before 7pm should have been a red flag. 2 adults and 3 kids ordered wings. 3 kid meals, 1soft drink, 4 waters and no alcohol cost over $90. 20 wings with onion rings was almost $40 alone!! Completely ridiculous! Wayoverpriced!! Customer service does not exist at this place. Took 10 minutes for a waitress to greet us and take our drink order.Took another 15 minutes to get the drinks. Took over 30 minutes to get our food and had stuff missing from our order. Couldn'tfind the waitress to pay the bill and once we did, she started cleaning table instead of taking my card to pay the bill. Willnot go back here and DO NOT RECOMMEND Read more
The food was just ok. I would not recommend getting anything steak related...as it just seemed like it was a lower quality or... fake...even though it was tender. Not sure if it was an "off night", but just my opinion. The pictures are the items that weordered. Steak and Avocado Tacos Coconut Shrimp Tacos (sent back as I am not a real fan of coleslaw and it was some weirdlooking pineapple substance on the shrimp and then coleslaw). This new item which was some old bay tater tots and calamari-this was okay...not too bad And a Steak Cobb salad. I ordered a hurricane margarita as well and it came in a small regularglass. This was our first visit to Hurricanes. Let me start with the good parts. We ordered mozzarella sticks as an appetizer, 6... chicken tenders with a side of onion rings and ordered a Blackened Tropical Mahi with a side salad. The food was really good.The tenders seemed a little dark but let me tell you they were crispy on the outside and so very tender on the inside. The onionrings were also crisp and tasty. The fish and salad were also good. Everything worth ordering again?.but probably take out nexttime. Now the not so great parts, this restaurant has a bar that has open windows where they serve guests inside and outside atthe bar. Smokers cannot smoke inside but they were in full force outside with the smoke filling the dining room throughout ourmeal. Additionally,we were seated right behind a very large party. They were not misbehaved but they were very loud. Adding tothe smoke and high volume was a mix of different perfumes and colognes all mixing together. I?m not usually sensitive to smellsbut the combination of smoke, perfumes/colognes and food were overwhelmingly gross. It?s a good thing we didn?t invite a friendthat we frequently dine with because she wouldn?t have lasted long enough to order or drinks. We were super excited to enjoy wings but after being seated and waiting a while the really kind host finally came back over to... apologize and grab our drink order. He brought a drink menu and our waters and assured us a waitress would be over soon. Afterwaiting a while again, no one came to take our order. As we left the host was super apologetic and kind. I have no idea whathappened as it wasnt busy and we saw a few servers. We are bummed we missed out on trying the wings. Read more

Ordered for takeout. Food was ready on time, but quality left a lot to be desired. Fish and chips was pretty terrible. The... fish itself tasted off. Salad and burger were fine, but the chicken tenders were torched. I didn't feel like driving back toget them replaced so just picked off the breading. Read more
