Whoever the manger was on 10/23/22 around 7pm. There was a miscommunication in the order okay that?s fine mistakes happen. My... only issue was as the manger you?re raising your voice at me about an order you misheard. I had to tell buddy to calm down. Andall about adding sausage on the cheese pizza. I just moved to clermont and that was unacceptable customer service. Mostdefinitely calling cooperate. If you don?t want to work there don?t come or just quit. I?m an African American male if I wouldacted out my character I would have been handled in a more aggressive way. Read more
Great place always friendly staff and their pizza is always hot even upon delivery. I couldn't recommend them enough sometimes... they can take awhile but it's well worth it. Read more
Terrible customer service. I called twice with no answer. Third call answered but asked to hold. Guy puts phone on counter, not... on hold and never comes back. While waiting, I drive to location and see only one other customer inside store. I ask guy atcounter if they are busy and he says yes. I place my order and still had my phone on the call for 2 more minutes before theyjust hang up on me. 12 minutes total call. Not another customer here the whole time I wait for my order. Walked in. Was not greeted cause person was on the phone. I figured, we're in the online ordering era. She's probably busy. But... she continued on her phone without saying ANYTHING! "Hello. I will be a few minutes. I'm having a bad day. They charged me 25cents for an extra sweet and sour sauce at McDonald's." Nothing. Just staring at the phone watching videos. Just left. You arein a pretty distinct location Sir/Madam. So no, I don't have the wrong place. Your response just validates my review. SorrySir or Madam. First of all, I'm Black. So I would do no such thing. Furthermore, my parents were not born in this country soI would never abuse anyone for not being "American" or for any other reason. Came in paid for hot and ready. Okay 10 ppl got there orders. I asked nicely the first time. Second time 10min after after 20min... late sitting there. The black lady threw my Oder on table didn?t say nothing. And left. Then the owner came to me. Saying tograb my order and leave. That inside wasn?t American operated she was the owner a mixed across seas women. Saying she don?t carepretty much. Staff is always friendly! We ordered 2 cheese pizzas from here tonight. One pizza was perfect with no issues. The other had so... much sauce it soaked through the box by the time we got home about a 7 min drive. We ended up throwing one entire pizza awaybecause when you tried to pick up a piece it was soaked with sauce and fell apart. The last photo is from the 2nd(good pizza)and the first 3 are from the over sauced mess of a pizza. Usually they are really good and have no issues but tonight theydropped the ball. Read more
I guess their AC is broken and they do not have enough staff... And when ordering I asked "what is ready to go" he said cheese... or pepperoni. I ordered one of each... He started getting pizzas ready to go and gives someone else their order, then anotherperson.... Fast forward to 20min later and I'm still waiting in this hot facility as my items in my car get heated up... If youcan order pick up somewhere else in advance.
