I basically never eat fast food bc of the quality (the food isn't organic and is often GMO and folks use hormones and... antibiotics) but today I had to. And everything including the service from the lovely black lady working the window wasliterally the best I've ever had my entire life at any fast food restaurant. Truly A++. I came into this Popeyes location today for the first time because I was shopping at the Target nearby. I usually go to the... Popeyes on colonial in winter garden and I never have an issue with the food or service. Today I used a digital Popeyes appcoupon for 6pc chicken tenders with 2 sides. Upon arriving no spicy tenders were available but I opted to wait for the spicytenders which was fine. Waited about 10 minutes and when I arrived home I literally had one normal sized tender and the rest Iquote from my fiancé ?looked like chicken nuggets?. We were hungry and didn?t know about the Popeyes policy of taking a pictureso the issue could be solved later. I called the location after eating and explained what happened the man I spoke to knew whoI was because I was the only one that asked for the spicy tenders and literally called 30 min after the purchase. The managerwas so upfront and said I was upset when I was so calm explaining what happened. He began to explain the policy in such a rudemanner definitely not professional and I asked if he was the manager he said yes which was surprising being the way heapproached the situation. I then did become frustrated because his words were coming out as if he thought I was lying. Iexplained it was my first time at their location to possibly see if he would be more understanding of the situation and he justbecame more fierce in his tone and language. I asked for a number I could possibly call like a higher up and he said no. He thenadmitted he does answer to someone else but he would not give me his name or email or any contact information because he?s notallowed to. So then I asked for the corporate number he became mad again in a sarcastic way saying you can look up the 1800number. Ultimately this ?Manager? was not helpful at all with a suppose situation he is suppose to handle calmly and again in acustomer service manner. Popeyes' food is always on point, if they have what you want. I ordered on the app, but when I got there 3 different items were... out of stock that I mobile ordered. The workers were as helpful as could be, so they were not the problem. They even subbedstuff out, but alas, out wasn't what I ordered. I will say that the cousins service part of the mobile app was pretty convenientand fast. I'm supposed to be sent some credit for my next order, but I haven't received it yet since this all just happened afew hours ago. Stay tuned to find out if they give me my credit as promised. We wanted to order the Cajun rice, there's a big sign in the front window. And we were told we're not carrying the Cajun rice.... Asked to have the shrimp combo was then preceded told we do not carry in the shrimp combo.. Only popcorn shrimp.. Once againanother poster in the window. They advertise but do not carry anything. Proceeded to order a 5 piece mild chicken and was toldto wait 15 minutes because they do not have any ready. Really, how can you be a chicken place and not have anything ready?We'll not come back to this Popeyes ever again. Never had issues like this at the Ocoee Popeye's. Read more

Extremely slow service. Each time I've gone there, I end up wasting my entire lunch break. 15min waiting in a drive thru with 1... maybe 2 cars in front of me, then 10-15 more minutes just to get the food. It's ridiculous. I've left the drive thru on multipleoccasions because they were taking to long, but the line isn't backed up. This is the closest "restaurant" to me on my lunchbreak, other than Subway, but I end up driving 5min further to go to McDonald's. I've been asked to pull forward and wait twicethere, but both occasions still took less time than waiting in Popeyes line, and they gave me a free sandwich card for one wait.In my opinion this Popeyes doesn't believe in prompt service. They don't take their customers time into consideration, and theydo not care to expediently service their customers properly. I avoid giving this exact establishment my money until I haveexhausted the rest of the surrounding restaurants in my area. The truth still remains, they're extremely slow and don't care tomove one bit faster. Read more

This place is unorganized. One man was doing all the work. There was a female at the drive in but she became frustrated just... because I asked for the price of an item. Which was not listed on the outside board. But the man took over. Anyway I had plannedto dine in but the doors were locked. It was 3:30 in the afternoon. This forced me to sit in my car and order. Which madegetting the Order longer. I understand there maybe a shortage of employees but... keep him employed and Retrain the others. Read more

This meal and drink was ordered on line, but when I came to pick it up, you had to wait in the same line with every other person... in line, as if you was ordering your food, and the your order wasnt already ready, it was in the same trays as if you wasordering. ...The most nerve racking was, while you was waiting for someone to even notice that you was standing there, and eventhe management and other emploee's all wear behind the counter, nobody said, we will be with you in a few minutes, but just saidnothing and like if you werent there. So everyone is standing in line, but nobody (Employees) and/or management acted like youwas invisable. Poor Managrment and nobody works fast there to get you in and out...Thx. Read more
