UPDATE: STILL FABULOUS Delicious and all the cookies were unique but delicious. They are soft cookies, out personal favorites... were chocolate chip, chocolate crinkle and peanut butter Nutella! I haven?t found many dessert places that have gluten free options so I had to give this place a try. The gluten free cookies... taste like the best shortbread cookie I have EVER had and are reasonably priced. The service has always been wonderful and thestore has very kind people. I ?? this place! Dropped in for the first time today. We haven't tried the cookies yet, but they had a large variety and look amazing! My only... complaint is that they have options for gluten free, keto, but not dairy free or vegan. Sadly, I won't get to try them with therest of my family and friends tomorrow at our get together, but I'll update my review with how everyone felt once they tell me.Maybe they can come up with even just a chocolate chip version that's vegan in the future. Twisted sugar is a good spot for satisfying your sweet tooth. I came in with my family and we ordered a handful of cookies and... drinks. The flavoured water & soda drinks were good - not too sweet and came topped with small pebble ice. The staff was superfriendly and cut our cookies into neat quarters for sharing. Cookies were more hit and miss depending on the flavour. The redvelvet seasonal cookie was definitely our favourite (not too sweet & amazing flavour), and it would be wonderful to see it as apermanent menu option. We also got the peanut butter and nutella (good), seasonal black forest (way too sweet), and twistedsugar cookies. The twisted sugar was disappointing both in flavour and for being under baked; the lime topping on it was also anuntasty touch, I definitely recommend trying the other flavours. Read more
Very underwhelming cookie. The semi sweet cookie was served cold and very dry, I asked if they could heat it up for me in the... oven and they offered to stick it in the microwave. The lemon tart was very doughy and wet. It tasted like cookie dough, as ifit was not baked at all. It?s as if they were stored in the fridge and served right away. Definitely a new hidden gem in Clermont!! They have soda drinks with customized flavor add ons, ice cream twisters, and AMAZING... cookies! Like Butterbeer, chocolate chip, sugar doodle, a lot of options. If you like soft dough cookies like me, you will lovethis place! Every employee I?ve spoken to has been super sweet, patient and helpful (as I go in with my toddlers lol). Twisted Sugar?s cookies are the BEST! I?ve introduced so many people to this place, and not a single one has had bad things to... say. So many unique and flavorful cookies, all tasting exactly like what they should (nothing tastes artificial or unlike thedescription), and they?re soft, packed with flavor and just AWESOME! I?m not even a massive fan of cookies, but these aretop-tier - easily one of the best dessert options Clermont has to offer. I would get them every single day if I could!???? Twisted Sugar also has insanely cool drinks! Many different types of sodas, and best of all: customized energy drinks!! Ilike to visit Idaho a lot and that state in particular loves their mini coffee stands that customize energy drinks with allsorts of special syrups. Twisted Sugar sort of does it the same way, and it?s awesome! Definitely try one of their drinks out aswell - you really can?t go wrong with many things here. Read more
