EDIT AVAILABLE AT THE BOTTOM Twistee ice cream is great-just reviewing on this particular location. They always mess something... up, and I?m honestly tired of it, especially with these prices. $6.72 for a large hot fudge sundae extra hot fudge and theydon?t even fill the cup up all of the way. Gave me half a cup full. ridiculous. With prices like these, you should at least fillup the cup. Girl then forgot to charge for an extra sundae, and wouldn?t give me the other (that she already made) until wegave her our card to charge again. What horrible customer service. If you forget to ring it up, that?s not my fault. Theattitude she gave was also atrocious. Not sure how she still works there. Sad. Waited 32 minutes in line to be told what they would not do . No could not. They had the slowest lady working the front... this evening on top of the ac not working. Apparently they no longer make strawberry ice cream in the machine. God forbid youask for a dipped ice cream. But the folks in front of got theirs dipped. Save yourself time and the headache an head to Brustersjust up the street. Read more
This place is usually really reliable. Today they have a sign by the speaker that let's you know they are under staffed. We did... an order and all three items were not done with care. The milkshake was supposed to be with peanut butter and Malt and itbasically tasted like a Vanilla Shake with a hint of everything else. The medium sundae with sprinkles had minimal sprinkles ontop and was only filled a quarter of the cup. The Root beer float which we asked to go with the can of root beer. The cup wasfilled with less than half the vanilla ice cream and the root beer can was warm. I was really surprised and I will just writethat maybe it was because they were short with staff and I will try them again later this week and see if they do this again.One out of about 125 times I have been there is not bad. They have always had good, wholesome, customer service and quality softserve but today the ice cream was not served correctly and they forgot the spoon, napkins, and the lid for the root beer float.I will be back. It?s all good really - but think that it?s also a bit of hype - Not sure cones on a hot humid day is not really a big deal or is... it - got the hard shell and it made it even messer than ahhhh - maybe my fault sort of. Felt rushed at the speaker with brighttruck lights behind me - even taking photos of the place was a hassle- it was far to busy for the ice cream to be that good- thelocation is cute though and begs to be visited - not as excited as everyone else though. Very clean. Super nice people working there. Looked like it was closed because there is no sign lit up out front but the girl... told me they are open until 10. Got a cone dipped in oreo dust and it was delicious! Read more
My son and i went for the twist. You get a lot for what you pay for. The Ice cream is smooth and creamy. No ice crystals... whatsoever from what I could tell. Read more
