The worst Wendy?s. Usually missing items when you go through drive thru. There is an employee that constantly short changes me... or better yet does not give me my change. Never says anything while ordering or at the window. Takes my money, closes the windowand turns her back. When I finally ask for my change she leans OUT THE WINDOW, and says they are only accepting exact change.Well at what point were you going to say something?! Nastiest wendys ever. Once had an employee put chewed up gum in our fries at the PEAK of covid. When the manager was called she... said ?my employees would never do that? and the employees were laughing with her over the phone while she denied denied denied.Nastiest place ever. I wish I didn?t even have to give them one star. This Wendy?s location is the worst location I have ever experienced by far.... EXTREMELY rude staff and don?t expect to get your food if you ever order delivery. They constantly cancel orders. Food takesforever whether in person or delivery. If you call about your canceled order they literally yell at you over the phone with themost attitude and will state they?re closed, yet their hours showed they were still open for another half hour to an hour.Honestly I don?t even understand how this place is still open. Coming from someone who has worked fast food and currently worksin the restaurant industry, it?s not hard at all to be polite and just do your job. Don't bother washing your money. If you are a fan of the franchise do your self a favor travel the extra mile or two to the next... closes and treat your self. I've let hunger drive me and my wife here for the last time. The not one item was hot. Item seems asthey were from the lunch rush the nuggets breading was separating fries seem they came from the trays of patrons long departed.The going away gift was that the drink was cold. Do your self and your taste buds a favor skip this place. Better yet McDonald'sacross the street. This is the end. Never again Read more
