Terrible service. The automated system doesn't work at all. I finally got a hold of a person, who took my order then asked me to... hold. Left me on hold. I called back, placed my order again, again was placed on hold. Called to confirm my pickup as I was onmy way, the person who answered told me they were now closed. As I tried to explain, he hung up. I called back and asked if hehung up, he said he was sorry, the line went blank. Then he hung up again. Horrible. Just go to the papa John's nearby. It cameout cheaper as well. Read more
Don't try and call and order. You cannot talk to anyone in the store anymore. You either talk to a call center that you can... hardly understand or use their app. They deliver to my address but if you try and order automated or talk to the service centerthey say I'm not serviceable. I have never had them not deliver only a couple miles away. Very sad our country has come toeither automated phone or call centers. I will no longer eat domino's. I'll cook pizza for my family. Dont eat here! Me and my 2 kids ate here last Thursday for dinner and we ALL 3 were sick to our stomach for the whole next day.... My 3 year old woke up at 4 am throwing up all morning. The food wasnt good, cold, tasteless and not worth a penny we paid forit. If i hadnt been in a hurry to get to our prior engagement i wouldnt have even eaten it. Read more
Great staff, whether you call or order online it?s easy, efficient, and the drivers are always extremely courteous and... friendly. Tip them well, this location has struggled due to staff shortages at times. If you are able please tip the drivers asmuch as you can afford to spare. The food is always well prepared and delivered in a timely manner, they really do theirbest. Myself and my family next door use them often. Read more
Delays in delivery every single time we order. I understand that finding help is hard, but I've just about given up on this... place. The web site when ordering today at 4:59 pm said 23 minutes. The tracker showed our pizza was out of the oven and in"Quality Control" for nearly an hour before it left the store. Now, the delivery is showing an ETA of 6:20 (we live less than10 miles from the store). This is not a one-time thing - it's every time we order from this location. It's an hour to an hourand a half and we end up with lukewarm to cold pizza. Read more
Giving them 5 because they are understaffed and still pump out great pizza but I would like them to slow the oven down and let... the crust get crispy. Its hit or miss... sometimes it perfect sometimes its not. Read more
Worst decision they made was outsourcing to a call center. You call and you cant even get through been trying to call and order... for over half an hour and it tells me the call will be recorded and then air silence and yes i sat on hold with silence for 3minutes.
