This is the second time I have gotten a drink at this location that wasn?t fit to drink. Very disappointing.

This Starbucks is located inside of the Ingles grocery store. As such it is a welcome treat in the middle of a shopping trip
What a joke. They charge. 70 extra for creamer in your coffee. I asked for a refund after seeing that on my receipt and the... manager was really mad at me. Horrible service. Not your normal friendly starbucks. Read more
The employees here were nice, friendly, and happy to serve coffee and food to me and my family. This is just a Starbucks kiosk... with in a grocery store, but on our two visits here, on consecutive mornings, we encountered a great experience. They made thedrinks quickly, and we were able to sit down at the Ingles tables to enjoy them. We hope to be back every time we come throughCleveland, or the mountain lakes Resort! Read more
I go here literally every single morning I absolutely love this starbucks over any of the others! Kaitlyn and Anne serve me... every morning and they are great! I have never had an issue and actually enjoy coming every morning! I also think they deserveto get cash tips even tho its "ingles policy" I really hope they get paid extra for not being able to get tipped! They'rewonderful love these ladies ???????? Read more
