Bad attitudes and bad customer service and For some reason the grill never works 30mins before closing.
In town visiting from Dallas and really wanted a smoothie, but couldn't find one so stopping here was a spur of the moment... decision. I ordered the Spicy Grilled Chicken Fajita Sub. Although I don't like how quickly the bread gets soggy (I'm a textureperson), it was actually better than I thought! Very flavorful & the right amount of spice! Phenomenal customer service as well. Food is always good, but service is terrible. Waiting over 45 minutes for 3 sandwiches- okay it happens- it?s forgivable and we... understand. This has now happened 5+ times at this Lenny?s location. This issue should have been addressed long ago and stillhas not. Time to make some changes. I regularly frequent the Lenny?s in Hernando, as well, that has a building half the size andserves at least twice the volume that the Cleveland location serves with no issues. Read more
I been wanting thier philly cheese steak sandwich i remember how good they were.
The sandwich is not what I ordered, my receipt showed everything I asked for, but that sandwich was horrible. Since new... ownership the service is not good. I won?t be eating there anytime soon. Read more
I normally would not have given them 2 stars, but I was disappointed with how everything went today. I did not get my tomatoes... or lettuce put on my sandwich that I asked for and paid for. But didn't realize it until I came home to eat. Oh well, thingshappen sometimes. Read more
I stay right around the corner from Lenny's and go there alot they never get my order 100 percent right
