Someone in MS got into my online account and ordered food. I contacted the store and told them to cancel it. Did not see my... points refunded. I called pizza hut and was put on hold by just placing the phone down... After listening to a whole 9 minute conversation on... speaker, my companion decided to use his phone to see if they would answer... I heard the phone ring and I also heard themanswer my companion and take his order while I'm still on hold... So because I'm not a regular customer does that mean I don'tget the 1st class service ... I would have gave a 5 star like I always do until the employee tried to make it out like I put in the wrong address when I order... on line and then you can track your order. So when the employee told me I put in Boyle MS instead of Cleveland, ai went to mytracking and looked at my address where they were supposed to deliver the pizza and BAMM I was right and he was wrong. Just behonest an say Im truly sorry mam but it was delivered to the wrong address and we are making you a fresh dinner box an have itthere in 15 to 20 minutes. I mean.. it's nice. It's pizza hut, but these people are so unreliable, dude, half of the time, they have no deliverers, the... other half they're out of almost everything. I guess it must have bad management or something? It was also literally shutdownfor like, months, so take that as you will. Read more
