Very poor customer service. 1 star is being generous. Claim they never got my grub hub order. But when I showed them my email... they said it mysteriously just popped up and would take 15 min to complete.I left out and came back 30 minutes later to get myorder. They didn't want to give me any accommodations for not having my order ready and gave me my money back for the gatorbites they did not have. I left and got home and discovered I have no collard greens with my order and there should have been 3orders of greens. I returned to the restaurant and notified the owner of the situation outside of the restaurant and showed himpictures of my food. He said that he was personally going to handle the situation. As I walked into the restaurant I overheardthe cashier telling the owner that he told me there were no greens. I spoke up and became very irrate at that point and a ladytold me I need to leave because of the way I was talking to a minor. In all actuality I was not speaking to the minor I wasspeaking out loud. They stated that me having no greens was replaced with extra yams and Mac & cheese. That was a falsestatement. It was only replaced with extra yams and fries but that's besides the point. You can't choose what side to give me.They handed me more mac & cheese and fries and I left. When I got home and started eating there were a lot of bones I my fishand hair in my fries. The fries that replaced me not having greens smh. The food was surprisingly tasty but that was overshadowed by the terrible experience that me and my friends had. Read more
Worst place! Placed order online, went to pick up and no one took the order off the internet. Went back Had 4 orders came home... all were wrong. They ran out of sides but didn't tell us. No cole slaw, hush puppies, gator bites, greens. Went back and gave usmac n cheese and yams. No apologies, no discount. Do not recommend!! Read more

Came all the way from the east side to try this place. It lived up to the good reviews. Catfish dinner was seasoned well, got... the yams and collards as sides both were amazing. Would?ve gotten 5 stars but the catfish pieces were small in size for theprice of $17. Read more
A connected Bar was advertised. No bartender was available so the staff couldn't make the mixed drinks on the drink menu. Lots... of Trap style rap music playing too loud. Had to yell to speak to my neighbor. Plastic cup drinks. The food was very good asadvertised. However wait time for my food was 1hr and 20 minutes (not fast). Clean looking on the inside. This is the dinner we waited 40 minutes for. Never again, was very hungry after eating this $63 dinner, the 1#shrimp bag came... with 6 shrimp, couple slices of sausage, and the balance of the 1# shrimp bag was POTATOES! No reason to have waited 40 minutesfor Fry food. Read more
This was my first time trying and I can say the greens were salty, they forgot to give me my yams i ordered, a bit expensive for... wings and only getting one side no bread. Fish dinner didn?t come with a bread slice which I usually get when I order elsewhere.The Mac and cheese was delicious. The guy and lady gave excellent customer service. Not sure if I?ll return after spending 50+dollars on three meals and not really happy with quality. Read more
