I don?t know what?s been going on but last time I ordered they gave me a nut muffin instead of what I initially ordered. They... didn?t attempt to tell me. Then argued with me about it. I?m allergic to nuts. Not much more than can be said. I was told tocall and let them know my next order to replace it. Okay, cool. I call to tell them and whoever the gentleman was that I spoketo was extremely rude and rushed me saying they are extremely busy which must be the case because my food was entirely uncooked.Not undercooked, like so raw it?s mush under my fork. But they don?t care. Every order the past couple months has been likethis. Which is disappointing because they used to put effort and quality behind the food they served. Guess times have changed. Wish I took pictures before throwing away but sandwich was completely old and had an off color. Couldn?t believe they?d serve... that rather throw away. I don?t know what they were thinking or just desperate to make money off old meat. Completely smelledand tasted rotten. Called restaurant to let them know. They said I could return for refund but I was gone too far. Also my combowas advertised it came with pop but wasn?t given one when asked. The food was horrible. I ordered the chili cheese dog and chili cheese fries. I don't know what they did in the chili but it... tasted horrible. The food was so cold that the cheese wasn't melted on it. It was raw tomatoes mixed wit the chili on the fries.It came wit potato salad, and the potato salad was spoiled. U can smell how spoiled it was soon as u took the top off thecontainer. I called and told them the salad was spoiled and the man said that it was free wit the meal, and since it was freethat next time I order they will just give me cole slaw instead of potato salad. Food was good except they couldn't get my bacon crispy. Also, there was a lot of confusion on who was waiting on what tables and... we were subject to their personal conversation!! Been a fan for over 25 years so I'll definitely be giving them another visit Read more
I must say this place was wonderful the service and food was amazing...they treated us like family
The food was great! Our service was excellent until a verbal agreement broke out between employees. I had my 8year daughter and... there was complete cussing and loud arguing visually in front of her. Then we waited, and waited for our check. Employees got onthe phone then forgot they had customers in the restaurant. Our waitress apologized! But others talking about other intensethat occurred before. This is crazy. The management didn't even come out to apologize ???? like are you SERIOUS!!! This was notmy first time but will be my last. If you act like that in front of customers and management takes no action and doesn't comeout on the floor. Then FIRE THE PROBLEM!! Read more
I always enjoy this mom /pop restaurant. But today was totally different. Let me start by saying even in CoVID days it was... standing room waiting to be seated. Today @ 9:15 a.m it was approximately 5 to 7 people seated. The staff didn't greet us asthey usually do. It appears that they we're fully staff. Some staff were working on pick up orders and others were chilling.Food came out on-time under 7-10 minutes. Our waitress was nice but forgot items to our order and she did not come and check onour table. Pictures are worth a 1000 words. It was not appealing to sat at a table that was not cleaned. The basket filled withcoffee creamer was nasty. The salt and pepper shakers had dried food on them. Although the coffee was good, no saucer for mycoffee. I don't think I will return again. Read more
