Took my daughter we got mozzarella sticks for an appetizer my daughter got the bourbon chicken and I got the 14 oz. Steak and... breaded shrimp both with fries and I got a salad. First the mozzarella sticks never came (and they still TRIED to charge me) Igot my meal b4 my salad and when I asked the waitress about the salad she "politely" told me she only had 2 hands...then thesteak was all fat and gristle I was only able to eat a very small portion my daughter did not eat the chicken said it was to dryso she ate my shrimp witch she did like and we both liked the fries. My daughter also drank my soda cause I had to ask thewaitress 3 times to refill hers. So I guess u can say the service was bad as well as the food. Now this was my second time therewill the first experience being 100 times better if only cause the waitress I had the first time was very polite and attentive. Read more

Server was amazing! Vibe was chill. Not a lot of people there. Gave it 3 stars because it's still in steelyard and we spent our... time praying nobody would drive by shooting. There are other locations near here that are in better areas, but this location waschill. Read more

Well, it just wasn't for me. It has been a really long time since I ate at an Applebee's, it'll be a long time again. The... service was okay. This Applebee's is located in the Steelyard. It is clean and the staff is welcoming. My friend and I went in and were given a 35... minute wait period & were called when a table was ready. For the most part we were all a safe distance apart & masks were wornwhen not eating (Covid-19 pandemic). The food was served fast & tasted good. I will definitely go back again. Read more
I'm thinking they must have hired a new cook recently because the last time we were there it was the best food we have had at... any Applebee's! I always get the Fiesta lime chicken or bourbon chicken and shrimp! The only recommendation I have is that theservers we have had here seem to be lackluster in terms of their service. They do their job well but, smiling and pleasantrieswith your customers will go a long with the total guest experience, just food for thought. Read more
