One of the best places in Cleveland. I’ve been making it a habit of trying to spots around Cleveland. My partner and I were... driving around Tremont looking for a place to stop by for dinner. We noticed Bar Oni and we lucked out. The bar/restaurant issmaller and a couple was just leaving. The ambiance and vibe is awesome with paper lanterns and dark lit booths. We tried theirhomemade seltzers which were great. The entire menu looked amazing, and we tried so many things. We did corn on the cob whichwas tangy and spicy. Their shrimp dumplings with spicy mayo, octopus taki balls, and the chef’s special which included 6 meatskewers and 6 vegetables. The vegetables were out of this world, which included a giant avocado with soy sauce and wasabi. Sounique, but everything with flavors out of this world. The owner and server was awesome as well, great conversation, greatpersonalities. A new favorite! Cannot wait to come back to this Tremont gem. Read more

Okay great food and taste! Yummy Coca-Cola fried chicken, roasted meat and vegetables. Though I don’t eat much greasy food but... I love the A5 waygu. Super delicious. The drinks are okay, service is fine but needs to wait for a table, 45 mins or so. Thedecorations in the restaurant is ok and the light is soft. Surroundings are good to have a walk. Read more

Chef Matthew Spinner has a real gem here. Just a super relaxed, genuine place serving fantastic Japanese food and whisky. Real... good vibes here. I implore you to try it out. Ordered the okonomiyaki special, mixed skewer set + pork and cheese korokke.Everything was ????????. Soft boiled eggs were low-key maybe the best single bite of the bunch. Read more

Food was incredibly delicious and fairly priced. There's something for everyone on the menu. My favorite skewer was the soft... boiled egg. The drinks are unique and the selections include Japanese whiskeys as well as local brews and mixers. I'm so pumpedto have such an awesome Japanese inspired spot in CLE!! Read more
