I don't recommend this place to anyone. The food was ok. The white lady behind the counter was rude. Took my order then... continued to the back to flirt with the cook and the guys on the side of counter. After 20 minutes I got my food and it wascold. Its not the first time it happened. Unprofessional and embarrassing. To expensive for the experience Read more

Poor customer service and questionable sanitation practices. An employee who wearing glasses and a tie-dye shirt was coughing... violently in the kitchen without covering her mouth or wearing a mask. She also decided it was important to get a blessing withholy water from her priest in front of a long line of customers who weren?t being helped. She and the priest then proceeded tohave a long, personal conversation at the cash register while people waited for some help. Two other customers asked for arefund after watching this woman violently cough near their food in the kitchen. Not sure if the restaurant agreed, but itcreated conflict and the customers were visibly upset. When they suggested she wear a mask if she was sick, she said ?I can?twear masks? and then asked the priest for holy water. ?also my food was 15 minutes delayed past the order confirmationtime. Very bizarre experience. Probably will not return. Read more

It was lunch time and this place popped up up, I'm really glad that I stopped by. I spent $15 on my meal, the regular gyro but... it was delicious & I feel that you definitely get what you pay for... they definitely heaped the meat on there Read more

Not anymore,.. Once upon a time a good location to gather and enjoy quality meals for fair pricing. This is a $5.99 order of... Sweet potato fries. Two Junior Gyros at $12.99 and a bottle of water equals $33.00. (Not a good investment) The lady stapledour bag closed so well as a take out order, I ought of been suspicious. Read more

August 2021: The food options in Cleveland Heights seemed very limited on a weekday before 5pm. Fortunately, Best Gyro's was... there to save the day. I parked across the street in a free parking lot and stopped in to see their offerings. I ended upordering the gyro and the falafel. Prepared fresh, I had no complaints about it. Pros: * Friendly staff. The chef and theowner/manager greeted me. The owner owner/manager gave me a lesson in their unique baklava recipe. * Amazing, cool ambience. Thedecor has a Greek diner feel to it. The round booth is a unique use of space. The outdoor space was closed for now. * Good food. The gyro was very tasty and up to par from what I would expect. The falafel was okay, but I've had better. The baklava was verysweet, textured, but overly syrupy. They recommend pairing baklava with the ice cream. * Covid cautious staff who wear masks andgloves. * Clean restaurant. Cons: * The restrooms were closed. Not just closed to patrons, but closed to everyone. This mayhave been due to covid, but it seemed strange. * Prices were steeper than I would have like. Not a major issue because priceseverywhere have risen. Read more
