"Bleak" is the best description for this place. Most significant feature is about 4 signs emphasizing no restroom for patrons,... interior has linoleum floors, scattershot utilitarian tables and chairs. It's about as welcoming as a bus shelter, basicmessage: buy your stuff and GTHO. I really can't see a reason to ever go in here again. The coffee I had was OK butunremarkable. If you're looking for a local coffee shop that actually seems to like having their customers around, better betis UnBar down on Larchmere. Read more
its ok... i had a blueberry muffin there, it was so bad i started to return it... some of the recipes for bakery items aren't up... to par yet but i think they're get better. they have a really nice place though with plenty of room to relax and enjoy your mealor coffee with friends or fam. Food and drinks were delicious, went here to treat my neighbor and got 2 iced chocolate coffees and 1 hot coffee for a cousin,... along with some doughnut balls, a bagel, and a lemon muffin, it was all tasty and delicious and it was all roughly around $26for all of it, definitely take my daily coffee and breakfast here when I can and the workers were so nice and kind of I couldgive it 20 stars I could Read more

The iced coffee was Amazing! The Turkey bagel was good, and the girls working were helpful and friendly. Will definitely go... again! Have had it several times since my initial post and I wasn't a fan of iced coffee before, I'm pretty sure I'm in lovewith Biggby Coffee, and all the workers are so cheerful and friendly! Read more
Worst coffee shop in the area. I was so sad when Deweys closed, but excited when I heard Biggby was coming because I?d had their... coffee in MI. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT! They gutted the beautiful decor and turned it into a souless corporate space. And now,it?s descended into a ghetto coffee shop. Just look at the signs on the door. Not very welcoming. Nice coffee place with items at reasonable prices at a great location ! We wanted something cool to drink after a trail walk at... Shaker Nature preserve and this place was close by. Ordered a plain lemonade and a Kickin' Raspberry Mocktail, and both wereabsolutely refreshing. I would come here for the moctails again. Parking was limited and metered but cheap. Read more
We had an ok experience here. Service was ok but atmosphere seemed kinda cold. More tables or decor would maybe spice it up.
