This was our first visit here. We will not be returning. Spent $93 on trash! The service here was good. Server was very nice but... the food was horrible! We ordered mozzarella which was not bad, artichoke dip that was awful with tostitos scoop chips. Myhusband ordered a medium well Tbone that was tiny and med rare. I had the NY strip ordered Medium Well but came out Medium andthe amount of chunky fat all over it made up for half the steak! Even the server asked if I wanted a box bc that is how much fatwas on my plate she thought it was the steak itself. I ordered broccolli too but never got it and was charged. The food was excellent! I had the fried shrimp. They were large, breading was crisp, and they were hot. My husband had the... t-bone steak. He wanted it medium, and it was made perfectly. Very tender, juicy and flavorful. Our server was great. Our orderswere taken quickly and he checked on us often. We will definitely be back again. Read more
Good food and great service. Has HUGE onion rings app, Calamari app, French onion soup, Salad, & T-Bone steak & Fries.
The service and attentiveness of or wait staff was very good. Waiter kept my water filled the entire meal (4-5x filled). Food... came out relatively times and the tables and ambiance was clean. However the food that was brought out to us was very poor.Artichoke Dip was just flat out bad. Steak was cooked to temp but I?ve never eaten a steak that was not seasoned or had 0 salton it. The chicken my wife got was 1 chicken breast butterflied and yet that dish cost us $20. I understand Covid hitrestaurants hard but this is embarrassing for a chain to put out such poor quality food. I don't know where to begin from the moment we walked in the door we were greeted with a smile and treated like royalty.... Everyone was so accommodating especially our server Molly. She was amazing and very attentive to our party which was a largeparty. We did have one issue at the restaurant that had nothing to do with the restaurant itself it was to do with another tableand the manager Nick was so diplomatic and handled the situation so gracefully. Doesn't look like a baked potato, does it? I understand that it gets busy, I understand that people rush. I don't understand why... the MOD can't call people back. Steak is awesome, just have to look closer on takeout next time. Just like mcdonald's and anyfast food joint....? Read more
Not a big fan. I remember back in the days when it was very good, so we have our 3 top favorites but decided to come here. 1st... of all the staff is super friendly, very welcoming and the decor, atmosphere was pleasant. So my wife order wings because shewasn't really hungry and she loved it. I skipped the appetizer and went straight for entree. Raspberry tea was good and orderthe top sirloin 10oz to see how it is before paying for the better cuts. So my 2 sides were house salad and rice pilaf. Saladgood but wished they had more dressing choices, rice was so-so. My steak I asked for slightly pink,( med -well) it was over towell done and 1/8 corner was med/ rare. I didn't want to wait for another so I ate most of it, it was tasty but not to mytemperature. Price was a bit high and wasn't up to standard compared to pricing. Waitress was perfect but the food was well below their usual standards. Porterhouse was mostly tough and the baked potato way... below their usual quality. Not many customers but seemed to be understaffed. We do love this restaurant so we will go again andhope it was just a bad night for them. Thanks Sheri for your GREAT service. Read more
