For the first time in a long time have I ever been made feel so un comfortable on 9/30/22 I pulled into Burger King located on... Northfield road Cleveland Ohio for the afternoon lunch shift.... I ordered a number 1# which is a Whopper fry and a drink.... Iasked for extra mayonnaise no pickles..... Normally I would have made lunch, but I didn't because I was rushing.... so I stoppedat Burger King. After I left I started eating my meal trying to get to my appointment not paying a lot of attention I must saybut within two to three bites I noticed the sandwich was drier than Mojave desert. I stopped at the light opened my sandwich andnoticed not only did it not have extra mayonnaise it had zero mayonnaise and no ketchup I had tomato, lettuce, and onions and avery little of that. I returned to the store and I made my complaint... they said okay just pulled around to the window.... Ipulled around to the window the woman took my sandwich told the manager the situation the manager stuck her head out the windowto see who it was (what it look like to me), and said give him a couple of mayonnaise packets... I asked her "ma'am aren't yousupposed to remake the sandwich I don't want this.... This is your fault Her reply was "oh we can't take back any sandwichesthrough the window". Clearly after they just did to examine the sandwich. So I don't know if Burger King is racially profilingtheir customers anymore or maybe she was just a mean manager.... whatever the case this long time customer not satisfied andquite shocked and surprised very very disappointed I pray it's not RACISM. Worst customer service ever! Order taker always has an attitude with customers, like they?re being inconvenienced when they get... a customer. I?ve deal with this one lady at every visit. While taking orders, she was completely rude. I waited 30+ minutes inthe drive thru, as soon as I pulled up to the prompter no one said anything. I waited roughly 30 seconds to a minute before Itried to get the order taker?s attention. Immediately, there was a snarky attitude from the order taker. ?One second!?, sheaggressively said. That is no way to speak with a paying customer. It?s one thing to be having a bad day, but to take it out.The manager needs to be trained properly or fired if burger king wants to stay in business. I have placed an online order, stillshe is refusing to deliver the order. Management needs to seriously give her training. Read more
I really enjoy ?????????????????????????????????????????????s foods. I ordered a big fish sandwich meal, substitute fries for... medium onion ring and a medium Sprite? ????. Everything was cooked well and palatable for my lunch. Usually takes 4-5mins toprepare. The customer service is pretty good too. Read more
Burger King is suppose to have the impossible burger..that was to be serve around the first of May. This location didn't serve... it at all...so I tried the fish sandwich which was disappointing, only the bread and tartar sauce were decent. Fish doesn'ttaste or look good refried. Just stopped and Rm was gonna purchase three meals the young lady?s were so rude and disrespectful I simple drove off. She was... having a conversation with a coworker with me and that person at the same time. I will never go back to that Burger King ever,they truly need a lesson on customer service and common Courtesy. Chick-fil-A every fast food should take some training formthem on that one.. Read more
