Waiting in line still as we speak my four year old of course waited till after I order to ask for a chicken sandwich so while... I'm seating at the 1 window that is close for 8 mins a girl walked by and I ask is there anyway u could please add a chickensandwich and she rolled her eyes and said we don't do add on at the windows and shut the window on me while she hears my 4 yrold screaming for a chicken sandwich now I'm finally at the window and they have no idea what I order been at this window 3 minsand only attention I got was two different people coming to the window asking me what did I just order and I told them the twoHappy meals and they both just walked away and left my two Happy meals sitting on the dang counter so I'm still waiting on myfood while it's sitting on the counter why they have five employees walking around doing nothing Read more
Most times the drive thru is slow. Unfortunately because of not enough staff. The food is always great.
Very poor service and used my credit card there and never got it back only to find out someone (presumably an employee there)... used my card at the corner store within 1 hour of leaving the place. Management was no help and rude. I don?t give many badreviews and I like Burger King but this place needs a complete overhaul in how to train their employees and especially theirmanagers !! Read more
These guys try to make their customers happy. Friday October 14th I had to wait on the side in the drive thru for my order. The... worker was over the top and polite. I actually came in the store to get my food to see what was going on and he had gave meextra food and my whole order was fresh. I appreciate the courtesy and being kind. Visited this location on October 13th at 10pm and food was awful!! All started with drive thru employee being rude to me... collecting payment, as she was sitting down watching something on her phone. Not even a hi or total. Then waited 15 mins forcold , sloppy madewhoppers and onion rings.. 24 dollars wasted never again.. Read more

This place is horrible horrible horrible . Its my third time since they opened . Every time I have had horrible service But... tonight takes the cake . It is absolutely pathetic . I waited almost a hour in the drive through , with 3 cars in front of me. In the mean time I m facing forward towards Mcdonalds across the street . I counter 32 cars through their drive through whileI waited for 3 cars ahead of me . By the time I got my food it was ice cold. I complained . And the man at the drive throughtold me to drive around again and reorder if I wanted new food . I told him to keep the food and my $18 dollars He said okcool whatever . I don't care . So I left and paid for food I gave back . I went across the street and bought my 6 yr oldMcDonalds instead . Took 4 mins and it was hot . This place is a disgrace !!!!!!!
