Did a mobile order for pick up gave us a wrong bag and when asked to give the right stuff they said to keep the extras n when I... asked for a spicy chicken I ended up with a original chicken sandwich ???? not to mention they made a milkshake wrong? Read more
Very poor service. You will most definitely sit in the drive thru line for 20min or more. Not a good thing when you get a 30min... lunch. Do not stop at this BK go to a different one, if not there is a McDonald's up the road. Read more

I would stay away from this place, poor service, that's even if the staff decides to see you standing inside for 10-20 minutes... waiting to place an order. No one seems to care about their jobs and your order gets screwed up a lot also. It never use to bethis bad but just remember McDonalds and Wendys is just up the hill on Turney rd in garfield hts. Burger was warm, onion hit and fresh, good shake. Short staffed but they seemed to be trying to hustle.
