I have never seen such chaos and Poor professionalism. The cooks were arguing with the the other employees. They announced there... no lettuce left and then that they had no chips ( although there was a whole rack of chips for to go orders). As I went tocash out the credit card machine did not work and then some customer paid cash to a cook to bring out a bucket of lettuce thatwas apparently set aside for to go orders. Without a doubt the worst chipotle I've ever been to. If you order ahead just go ask the person behind the counter if they have... your stuff because 9/10 they have it ready but can't walk the 3 feet to the pickup shelf to place it there. Also if you comewithin 2 hours of closing they're just going to be running out of stuff and not making more so there's that. Literally had themtry and give me a cup of SOUR CREAM instead of guac one time because they were out. Didn't even tell me just put it in the baglike I wouldn't notice. Read more

Missing ingredients, bowls that look already chewed up, I have never gotten such a skimpy order. This is $50? I just paid $15... for a tiny burrito. I asked for double chicken. I barely got one serving let alone two. My son asked for chicken and steak andthey didn't add the steak. The bowls barely had scoops of rice. When I entered in I was greeted with a list of things they didn't have. I approached the counter to be told they had no rice it... would be a 20 minutes for rice. I went to leave a Brittany a worker stopped us. She took care of me as well as my twogranddaughters. Brittany is absolutely the reason I gave a five star. Yes I would have liked what I usually order.
