I was charged twice for one order, then I called store at 10830 Lorain Ave, Cleveland,44112 and they said Corporate was aware of... issue caused for several on 11/9, and began rolling out refunds. Wish I could put zero stars! I ordered two pizzas, the total was $12.50. I had a $10 bill and a $50 bill, they wouldn?t break my... $50 bill and only sold me one pizza instead of the two and they had tossed the second pizza in the trash instead of just givingme the $37 change! 4 years later of being a loyal customer and I still get great service. I have never had any issues with my food. Maybe one time... I had to wait a little longer than expected for a carryout order but that was nobody's fault other than I placed an order at avery busy time. The prices have remained fair as well without sacrificing quality. The girl tonight was for my carryout wasprofessional and courteous. I was acknowledged as soon as I walked in. I know it's really hard to keep good employees right nowespecially in the food service industry, if you're keeping good employees it's probably because you're treating them good andthat's appreciated by your customers. I hope this location recognizes their employees hard work and effort to do a goodjob. Thank you. FAST FAST delivery with online order. About 20 minutes total from the time I placed my order till it was at mydoor. They have a cool order tracker now for online orders and it was very cute, fun and very accurate. Normally I don?t write reviews but this Dominos has it all the way together. Tonight when I went to go pick up my pizza there... was a bunch of people in this store & I thought it would take forever to get my order.
