I have gone here on 3 occasions, at different times of the day, each time served by different employees- and every time the food... is disgusting. Someone is not cleaning the fryer or the stovetop because all the food ALWAYS tastes of old, bitter oil. My hashbrowns are always burnt and cold. Stopped going here awhile back because it was so bad. Tried again today. Waited in line 15 minutes. Ordered. Waited another 5... minutes to get to window. Scanner not working so no points and had to pay cash. Paid and was handed wrong order. Seems my orderwas never entered into the system. Wait another 5 minutes to get order and must pay more $ than already paid. Seemed theemployees were running around like chickens with heads cut off. Yelling at each other. I go every day at lunch?so 5 days a week. I order the same thing every single time. Some how it?s always wrong. Half the time... it?s not even right. So I finally started speaking up because I spend anywhere from $10.00 to $20.00 a day there. Then the girlwants to get mad and be rude because I tell her it?s wrong. She ?remade? it and guess what? Still wrong. I?m sorry a frozencoffee should not be white. I taste it and it taste like milk. Although I guess it?s better then last time because that was justsyrup and I had to throw it away. This place is wild. I arrived on 12/8/21 at 7:45 pm. I ordered coffee and one glazed donut. LaShawnda took my order, she was... very polite, but the guy at the window and another employee were cussing each other out. Then he used his hand to wipe his nosethen grabbed my coffee, and gave it to me. I was disgusted. I told him to keep the donut and pulled off. I didn?t take thedonut because this guy had no intention of washing his hands, wearing gloves, or wearing a mask. I didn?t trust to eat food fromthis place. Poor management.
