The line was long in the drive through so I decided to go in. Got in there and stood in line with nobody in front of me for 5... minutes, never once was I greeted or even acknowledged! What a joke! Pathetic excuse for customer service. The worst possible Dunkin? in northeast Ohio BY FAR! Nothing but incompetent, rude and... uneducated people working there. Waited 30 min for two items that I didn?t even end up receiving and several people who orderedafter me got their food first.. bigger orders too!
