My wife and I had our joint birthday night out here and we had the best time. Our server was absolutely fantastic, she made us... feel so comfortable and she had a very playfully humorous side. We loved her. We had drinks, a few fresh made cocktails, madeperfectly. We had a cheese board for starters, After our cheese board we had a lovely hot, lobster soup made fresh and it wasperfect, served with a fresh made roll of bread. For our mains, I had the special menu steak dish (shown in pic) and my wife hadthe salmon which she loved so much. Sorry I didn't get a picture unfortunately but it was perfect and full of flavour. After ourplates were removed, our incredible waitress asked who's birthday we was dining for and it was both of ours, and for this we wastold dessert was on the house!! 5* service from start to finish. All in all very good. Calamari appetizer was awesome with excellent flavor profile and not too chewy. Tuna was also really... interesting. Shortribs were good and sweet with great noodles. Fig pizza was ok, too sweet in our opinion. Cute neighborhood andwas nice to get out and see people. Prob won’t be back but still gets 5 stars. Read more
The first star is for our server who was pleasant and did a GREAT job with our large party! The other star is for the Thai Chili... Calamari (not pictured) but simply DELICIOUS! The Paloma was okay (wasn’t the best nor the worst). As for the main entree,the Bell & Evans Chicken Breast, I have nothing good to say…other than do not order it. It was very and I mean very very veryBLAND. The mashed potatoes weren’t good either nor the asparagus (very mushy). This meal was not worth the price or theexperience; and from what others ordered in the party….I will not be back to experience the Lamb or the Pork Chop as no onehad anything good to say about their meals either. Had a reservation and we were seated immediately. The food was good but unfortunately we left early because it was so cold... inside of the restaurant. Also, be careful warming up your leftovers because the takeout bowl was not microwave safe and melted. Read more
I went here over the weekend Bc I was celebrating my birthday. I was disappointed bc the first restaurant I went to had us... waiting for an hour before telling us the kitchen was closing bc they couldn’t handle the crowd. So this was a spur of themoment visit and boy am I happy the other place closed! The service was superb! The food was excellent! The whole atmosphere wasa pleasant experience! I can’t wait to go again! Everything was five stars! It really turned my birthday around! I had thesalmon and lobster mac… sooo good! Went here for dinner on a Saturday with reservations made. Got there a few mins early and our table was already ready for us.... The drinks and food are outstanding. Our waiter was friendly and prompt. No complaints from me or my boyfriend. The one thingabout the area it’s located though is that it’s a real journey trying to find a parking spot.
