Placed an order online and was never given a pickup time. 1 hour later i go to pick it up, and was told itd be another 45... minutes. The lady at the front acted like i was inconveniencing her and i have never been made to feel so terrible just forasking if my order was ready. I come back an hour later and was rudely told it would be another half hour. I come back again andwas told the same again in the nastiest manner. Having worked in customer service before- i was so caught off guard and leftspeachless at how she acted towards me. I then came back home and tried calling. Was left on hold for 20 minutes. My wife triescalling as well and finally gets through- we asked to cancel our order because at this point its been 2+ hours. This experiencewas over a month ago and i have STILL not gotten my money back. This place just took my money, spoke down to me, and then neverrefunded my money. I can not explain how aweful it is.
