I have seen a lot of shows here and I love the intimacy of this venue. Sure, the stage is small but you're literally right there... in the room talking with the comics. The food is a little pricey but the service is great. Make sure you stop in for a visit ifyou can! They also have a connected restaurant in the front of house that has a full bar and lots of space. Great club and highly recommend!! The owner Nick came out and spoke with me for a few minutes. Made sure everything was good... and was pleasant enough to even have a conversation. I think it is great that he would find the time to meet with hispatrons. The host was amazing!! Really makes you feel welcomed and special. He gave us "great seats", but I am not sure thereis a bad seat there. Great layout, stadium style seating, and plenty of privacy and room separating you from other guests. Wehad a great time! I?ve probably been to Hilarities a few dozen times over the years and always had an enjoyable experience. Last night I saw... Michelle Wolf and, while the show and the service were good, the sound was so unnecessarily loud. I?ve never experienced thathere before. I have some live mixing experiencing and I wear custom earplugs to concerts because I go to quite a few and I?dlike to be able to hear down the road. But I have never, literally never, been to a comedy show where I wanted my earplugs. Idon?t even consider bringing them. Hilarities is a small venue and there is no reason an act needs to be turned up so high. Iunderstand and appreciate that a concert is loud because it adds something to the experience. Movies can benefit from this too.But a comedy show? nothing. It?s just unnecessary. Read more

Comedy show was good tickets were very reasonable are server was awesome. Really nice. But the liquor drinks are expensive and... if you get a coke pop mix on the side it's $4.00per we had 3 drinks which cost more than the tickets for the show Read more

First show here and would love to go again! It was extra cool because my wife and I were on an overnight getaway with a... babysitter for the kids, and not only we got to go see a show -- we got randomly selected to upgrade to the loge seating. It'salmost like they knew! We had a great view of Kira Sultanovich and the great Tom Papa and we laughed our posteriors off! 10/10would buy tickets again! Read more

I have only been twice but each time I've left my cheeks have ached from smiling and laughing so much. The staff is wonderful,... delicious food options from Pickwick and Frolic, and fantastic drinks and service. Do yourself a favor and go see an act onenight! The atmosphere makes for a remarkable experience. Read more

The venue is extremely unique and a small enough space where there is no such thing as a bad seat. Being escorted to your choice... of seats was a nice touch, and having the dinner experience while enjoying Drew Lynch gave a touch of elegance in a fancybasement. Worth the trip. Read more
