These are the worst tacos in in Cleveland proper. First time and the last time I will be ordering from this place. Not only did... I not receive my entire order, but the tortillas were old hard. The el pastor meat was nothing special, but was edible with afork as the tortilla was useless. This says a lot...Barrio has better tacos! Go to La Plaza if you want good tacos. Read more
Awesome unique Berrian tacos. Three sauces to add at the table, one being avocado. Spectacular cocktails, you will not find... anywhere else. Best of all, both the staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. My cantarito cocktail was delightful andlarge enough to keep me refreshed all afternoon. Another Cleveland hidden gem! Read more
Unless you have plenty of time and all the patience in the world, I would avoid this local “Mexican” spot. I gave two stars... because we were seated quickly, had items comped off the bill, and got an apology/complimentary drink for the abysmal service meand my guest received. After being seated, we did not get a real opportunity to put in our drink and appetizer orders for atleast 15min. After an extended period of time where we emptied our water glasses, we noticed another table that got seated afterus got drinks and appetizers when we couldn’t even get a refill for our water. Some time later, we got our appetizers. My“Fundido” was cold which was amazing since they not only had to melt cheese but char the top of it so for it to be coldmeant it was sitting for quite some time. My guest got the wings. Somehow the chef managed to work some magic and make themtaste like we were eating seafood. After we were pretty much done, we got our drinks finally. My mango juice was actually a $3can of something I could have gotten at the store. My guest had the watermelon margarita which we will definitely not recommend.It was replaced by a strawberry and while it was an improvement, it still was reminiscent of cough syrup with tequila. Thewaitress, after finding an employee to look for her, showed up to fill our waters. Only one got filled before she rushed awayleaving one glass less than half filled. Eventually we were able to make our entree orders after seeing a table come and go. Anextended wait followed then we received our meal. Mine was cold and my guest’s was tasteless. The excuse I was given was thatthey thought I wanted it rare. Not only was I not given a temperature choice when I ordered, rare does not mean the food issupposed to be room temperature especially when the other half isn’t meat. I get that it was Cinco de Mayo, but we waited almost 2 hours to get a server AND after ordering food to finally receive it. The... food was literally the most underwhelming thing we all ever had. There aren’t good options for vegetarians and they had nofish dishes. Also, we reserved a table online but the day before, I received a call saying they don’t take reservations forCinco de Mayo. Understandable. However, I arrived early just to get a table and when I asked, a server told me I should’vemade a reservation. Definitely one of the better Mexican places that I've been too. You can't go wrong here no matter what you order.
We had a great experience here ????... The staff greeted us with a shot inside a lime at the door, the staff was nice and very... attentive.... Our drinks were absolutely delicious and made perfectly ????????????... The food was made from scratch and veryauthentic and tasted great.... Food was great! We had the enchiladas for appetizers and my entree, Mexicano Lomo Saltado was amazing! It may not look like... much, but the broth/sauce on my dish was amazing! The fries acted like rice and soaked up all the flavors from the sirloin andsauce! Portions were a good size and service was really good! Will have to try the tacos next time!
