We order from here often as a team. There were recently two instances where there was hair in two of our sandwiches. Everytime... we returned the sandwiches and they would simply remake them but after today I'm done. Another customer was in the store when Ireturned the sandwich and apparently they blamed the hair on me and my team. Again we weren't asking for anything free just asandwich remake. My advice is if you are going to bad mouth your customers do it when there aren't other customers around tohear the comments. Not to mention one of the workers never wears a hat or head covering of any type. I know what my hair typeand texture is and it's by far no where similar to what was in our sandwiches both times. Great food, reasonable prices, and the delivery is always super fast! I get lunch from here at least once a week, it?s so easy... ordering through the app and it?s a delicious meal every time. Picking up is a breeze as well, the food is always fresh andready! Customer service 10/10. Read more
This was at the Cleveland location on Lorain. I was ordering my sandwiches to take for my early morning trip, and I made a... mistake and had selected pick-up when I meant for it to be delivered. It was 5 minutes before closing. I got anxious about beingbothersome, but I called the store up and spoke to Dan P. and explained the situation, and even offered that if it was too latethat they could cancel it. Dan was so understanding and nice, and offered to deliver it anyways. It may just be about a[really, really good] sandwich, but it meant a lot that Dan went out of his way to help me out--- I just feel terrible that iwasnt there to at least give him a tip-- Thanks Dan! Everything that I eat there was fresh and delicious always fast delivery. But I wanted to say thank you to a specific person who... delivery my food at work Dan Patel ( Dany). He was so kind and he quickly find a good solution for me. Our ATM's at work didn'tfunction so I didn't have cash the way I said I will pay. He delivered my food and he called me back when he returned to thesandwich shop and for I can pay online and he didn't want to charge me for the tip either. He was so nice. Though the food we got was delicious, they didn't put on the avocado that was mentioned on the menu. Otherwise, pretty tasty.

Just picked up 2 sandwiches today February 12, 2022. Manager women training new people. Thats fine. Got sandwiches home and... the bread was so rock hard you couldn't eat it. Attempted to take a bite and it was so hard everything fell out of thebun...everything!!!! Lost my business!!!!! Read more
Appreciate the freaky fast sub, must be able to do it that fast if you miss 3 of the things that are supposed to be on the sub.
