Nice people and very efficient but the price for chicken is crazy. There was only 2 people working here at 5:30 PM on a... Saturday. Drive thru had at least 6 cars and they were doing the best they could with the severe staff shortage. I give themso much credit and thanks for their tirelessly hard work. Read more
Staff that prepared the food was very RUDE.... Heavy set women BRIGHT RED HAIR BAD ATTITUDE ..After I noticed a couple of... orders were being called that were order after me I decided to ask about my order . After being in the restaurant for over 10minutes because the driver thru is down for some reason. I decided to ask for a drink cup STAFF: HERE YOU CAN HAVE A DRINK SLAMCUP DOWN ON THE COUNTER. .. I just had the best chicken breast I've ever had in my life. The food including biscuit was delicious and hot! Service was... great! Whoever was working tonight 9/15/22 should be commended. And I will tell all my friends about my experience tonight. Read more
Arrived just after 4 this afternoon/evening to pick up an advance order I had placed on their app. I was led to believe that my... order would be ready when I got there. Instead, I had to inform someone, and I had to sit inside and wait for approximately 45minutes all together while they worked on a "fresh batch" of extra crispy chicken, no freebies for my wait offered or anything.When I finally arrived home from walking just over a mile at a few minutes after 5, my friend and I realized that half of thebucket of chicken we ordered (8 piece mixed) was RAW!!!! If I lived closer to the KFC, I would have walked back and demanded anew bucket. $19 is way too much money to spend for what I ended up getting. Read more
Food was good. They need to pay attention to a person's order. If someone orders food that requires dipping sauces make sure... they put it in. Receipt should always should be given when someone pays with card or cash. Either put the receipt in a person'shand or put it in the bag. They must practice good customer service with all ages from old to young. Read more
Extremely slow. I have waited for about 40 mins for my 6 drums and 3 bowls and 1 pie. Can I say it is useless when a restaurant... even have no capability to remember and give me the food I ordered? It is 6:01 pm now. Checked my receipt, I ordered at 5:30pm.Including the time I waited before order, I spent 40 mins. I got my food and checked, it only contained 1 bowl instead of 3. No children was ready they only had pot pies and wings so I got the wings and I had to wait 15 mins for my order and of course... they messed it up and I was the only customer there. I won't be eating at that location again. GET IT TOGETHER!!!!! Read more
