The food was really good. The back of the house service was horrible it took FOREVER for us to get our food. They just kept... saying the other girl got my ticket. The place emptied out twice and I still had no order. We spent $50. It wasn't until Iasked for a refund did I get my order. I asked for the manager and never saw anyone. My husband purchased a slab of ribs from Kim's, we received 7 large bones which should have been Chopped up and sold as rib... tips. The other 5 bones were so small, we thought that they were Rib tips. The chicken wings were soggy with grease and cold. Iam so disappointed because I used to buy my BBQ from B&M barbecue. Neither of these establishments should sell food. TERRIBLE!!!I will have to find somewhere else to buy my ribs or just start cooking my own ribs again. I wish I could give Kim's a big fatZero for such bad batches of meat, and what makes this so bad is, We bought ribs from them twice in two weeks. NEVERAGAIN!!! Their sauce is alright, they just don't give enough of it to cover up the nasty meat flavor. I believe they baked theribs I received the last time, no smoked flavor at all.
