The food was really good. The back of the house service was horrible it took FOREVER for us to get our food. They just kept... saying the other girl got my ticket. The place emptied out twice and I still had no order. We spent $50. It wasn't until Iasked for a refund did I get my order. I asked for the manager and never saw anyone. But they want you to use black businesses. Read more
I?ve heard about ????????????'???? ???????????????????? for years and finally had a wing dinner ???? covered in sweet bbq sauce... with fries and coleslaw. It was inexpensive and delicious. Definitely returning soon to try other menu items Read more
I give it 2 stars why?? Food is just ok you have to have a taste for Kim's and that sauce. 2) I think she need to update her... establishment but just like any other BLACK owner most don't care what their business looks like as long as they sale chickenand make their money who cares. Read more
I was visiting Cleveland for work and asked some of the guys were I can get some real ????????????. A couple people told me to... try Kim?s. I called in an Order for a Polish boy, a Rib Dinner, and Wing Dinner with sauce. I received an amazing amount of foodfor the money, I believe my total was $23...that was with a can of Pepsi. The flavor of Kim?s food is unique in the bbq/wingspace ... believe me I have had wings all over the country! Although the wings and BBQ were great I believe I enjoyed the Polishboy the most. 3.5 stars is for the food! Ribs were tender and wings were crispy. Plenty of food for your buck! I'll be enjoying the rest... later.(pics are after eating, I was starving lol). .05 of a star is for service. Called in an order, waited on hold for 7/8minutes (no hold service as I could hear the entire background conversation) order quoted in 20 mins. Arrived 30 in min. Waitedand additional 6 min. Cashier was not welcoming and did not have a sense of urgency as the lobby was semi busy. Woman who handedme my food was very pleasant, and professional. Small wait area. My bag contained all utensals which was great. Overall for thetaste I'd return but I'll send my husband to order and pick up. Read more
My husband purchased a slab of ribs from Kim's, we received 7 large bones which should have been Chopped up and sold as rib... tips. The other 5 bones were so small, we thought that they were Rib tips. The chicken wings were soggy with grease and cold. Iam so disappointed because I used to buy my BBQ from B&M barbecue. Neither of these establishments should sell food. TERRIBLE!!!I will have to find somewhere else to buy my ribs or just start cooking my own ribs again. I wish I could give Kim's a big fatZero for such bad batches of meat, and what makes this so bad is, We bought ribs from them twice in two weeks. NEVERAGAIN!!! Their sauce is alright, they just don't give enough of it to cover up the nasty meat flavor. I believe they baked theribs I received the last time, no smoked flavor at all.
