Ohio is a pizza desert. I know, we all have our regional favorites, I grew up on a local shop in South East Ohio and still live... it. But after living in Phillie and NYC, the bar for good pizza is much higher now. There is OK pizza in Ohio, very little inthe way of Great Pizza. La Pizzeria, is Great Pizza! They have no AC, or at least didn't on August 5th. So get it to go, butget it! Read more
Great little Italian joint that serves a good pizza pie. We grubhubbed in and ordered a pepperoni with extra cheese light sauce,... and dessert apple pizza. The pepperoni was nice a crisp with just a touch of spice, the sauce had a distinct herb flavor thatwas outside of the normal sweet sauce style we are used to. It complimented the crust flavor well. Speaking of crusts, this onewas really good and reminded me of a really good homemade style crust that had nice crunch to it. The apple pizza could haveused less apple pie filling on top; it was a bit overwhelming. The cream base was really great and kinda reminded me of a applepie cheese danish. We did also have an order of mozzarella sticks and they too were good; the standard battered type. Read more
Visited Cleveland on vacation. Born and raised in Cleveland but my wife is from farm country middle of no where. Wanted to show... her and the kids what Cleveland is like. Hands down, THE BEST pizza we?ve ever had. The owner was there and I explained ourvisit. He took care of us. He was tipped nicely. This pizzeria brought back memories of hanging out as a kid at a pizzeria onLorain Ave in Ohio City playing Double Dragon all day. Kids loved it. Wife loved it. I loved it. Pizza was delicious and very well made. Just to be aware, the size small is a little bit bigger than a personal pan pizza. I... wanted a smaller pizza for myself but was left wanting more and probably should have gotten a medium. No complaints though, Iscarfed the entire small pizza in approx. 5 minutes! The wait I was told on the phone was 20 minutes for 1 small and 1 largepizza and it was ready when I came 20 minutes later. Read more
We ordered Door Dash to a nearby hotel. Food arrived quickly and hot. Great pizza! Wings were ok, sauce was good, but wings... could have been crispier. It's an Italian place in Little Italy, stick with the Italian menu selections ???? Read more
The other excellent reviews were on point. After a long day at Cleveland Clinic, I had a craving for gluten free pizza and... based on reviews and its proximity to hotel we placed our order. It was easy to order online and they even had a coupon code,which always helps. Pick up was easy and inside it looked very clean. The employees had good customer service and didn't mindme taking pics for reviews. When we got back to hotel we were happy to see the side salads were more like dinner salads andthey even gave 2 packets of salad dressing (which is rare back home usually you get charged for an extra packet) The pizzaswere sealed with labeling which is always helpful when you order multiple pizzas. It tasted great and we were very happy withour order. When we are back in town, we already know what we will be ordering for dinner. I would highly recommend them andappreciate all the hard work their staff does. Read more
Absolutely fantastic, legitimately everything I had was top quality. French dip was phenomenal, pizza was wonderful, the wings... rivaled some of the best I've had in Cleveland. Cinnamon swirls were to die for. Read more
Without question, worst restaurant in little Italy. Placed an order and was told it would be ready at a specific time. When my... wife arrives to pick it up they explained that a large order from the hospital came in and our order wouldn?t be ready foranother hour and a half. They wouldn?t let her cancel it and I had to do it. When I called the restaurant, the owner was soincredibly rude and disrespectful. Wasn?t willing to even let me speak, and ultimately hung up on me.
