I recently became a single mom and don?t have the money to spend on eating out like I used to. Even fast food is a rare... occasion. I decided to stop as a treat to get my young son & I dinner. As I drove away I tried a few fries and they weredisgusting. Definitely bottom of the barrel. I rarely do this but given the circumstances of literally having to save just to goto McDonald?s, I turned around and went inside. They weren?t rude or anything and said they?ll get me new ones so I stoodfurther to the back thinking it would take a while to get fresh fries. Low and behold moments later they brought the bag out andit?s the same old fries! I didn?t even bother going back. I just went home & me and my little boy had our nuggets and burgerwithout the fries. The reason I?m even posting this is in the off chance that an employee or management sees it and maybe isencouraged to actually go the extra mile for customers. Sometimes people aren?t trying to be rude or difficult. Sometimes peopleare really struggling and it could be something as simple as some fresh fries from McDonald?s that might make their day a littlebetter. I know that sounds ridiculous but lately I?ve been learning to appreciate the little things in life, even if that?shaving a little extra money one week to go to McDonald?s. It just really made me sad because who knows the next time I?ll evenbe able to get us fast food again and this one time was such a let down. Read more

These people here are rude and nasty nobody wears gloves except the people who are on grill. The ones who get the fries dont... wear gloves at all. They dont wash their hands regularly. And the one bathroom stall has been out of order and it smells likesewage inside the womens bathroom for well over 3 months Read more
They are always training new people. The peope they hire dont care about paying customers. They old timers empoyees stick... their noises up to customers.... slow to take orders and extra slow to fill... walk in orders take 10-20 mins to get filled..Like one person in the kitchen while they have extras too make coffee specials over seeing to serving fresh hot fries... orfresh hot sandwhiches.. This is literally the worst McDonald's to go to. Employees are horrible. One of them literally tried to fight me before. We were... pulled forward to wait 20 minutes for an order that should have been up in 6. And they just let the bag sit on the counterwithout bringing it out to us. My husband had to go in and get it. The car that was pulled before us ended up pulling offbecause it took them so long. Read more
I'm not sure who manages this Store but they seriously need to ensure thats their employees pay attention to what they are... doing. My friend ordered the #9 steak bagel without onions. The cashier rang up one with and one without. I askedrepeatedly for a large iced tea without sugar. They had rung up a sweet tea but promised that they had corrected theorder. After my friend and I got to her house a few miles away, I discovered that it was sweet tea. I had explained to thestaff that I am not supposed to have much sugar in my diet. The multiple errors are not acceptable. I worked at a McDonald'sin Pittsburgh in the late 1980s and early 1990s and we did our best to take good care of our customers. Most of the time the machines work and the staff is friendly I normally don?t have to wait too long depending on my order. My... food hasn?t always been freshly made but also its not like I?ve received old food either, and if I?m not happy about somethingthey are willing to fix any issues. Read more
