Drive thrue was quick, the burgers tasted good however the crispy chicken tasted like it was cooked in old oil.
Slow service most of the time. Also have had my order missing items on multiple visits and the occasional cold food. Still... tastes like McDonald's though. Read more
This place has better employees than the McDonald's on Euclid in east Cleveland they are beyond rude and disrespectful. So I go... on st. McDonald's is pretty consistant with its quality so it's usually the staff that brings a location down. In this case, it was... clear that this is a location that really doesn't invest in training and probably doesn't pay well, so customers get what theyget, which in my case was a order taker who struggled with mananging to drive-thru lines and a cashier who couldn't count. Who takes the time to leave reviews for a McDonald?s? I finally have to because this store is always making mistakes. On today?s... Doordash order, they forgot the chicken nuggets in the Happy Meal! They also gave me the wrong Quarter Pounder (regular insteadof deluxe). This is my first review but not the first problem.
